REZA JAM
Cole Nichol and Dillon Butcher of REZA Trails hosted their second annual jam a few weekends ago. This year they spread it over two days and at two locations.
Day one was at Cole's yard. As Cole put it, "my yard is my resume, so these jumps better be good." If you've been lucky enough to check out his yard, you know these jumps are dialed works of dirt art. Riders were sessions for hours before the day was finished off with biggest whip and highest air.
Day two was at the Jordie Lunn Bike Park in Langford. It's amazing to see a city ran park with that level of jumps for their pro line, Jord would be proud. Another heater of a session went off before best trick wrapped up the event.
Stoked to see the jump scene on Vancouver Island is alive and well. We'll be back next year!
